 I decided to share this message today because i've been in a season of stagnancy (isolation) and honestly depression. Which is a LIE from the enemy and not from God, It has no authority. - (Be careful because that is a tactic of the enemy, yes Jesus sometimes calls us in seasons where it's just us and him but that doesn't mean stay isolated and cut yourself off completely from the world, still go out there, spend time with family, loved ones, go out for coffee and bible studies with your friends and stay in connection with community.) (trust, also it's okay to ask for prayers, don't be shy! )

 So, if you happen to be in a similar place or have been here before, rest in the fact God will pull you through and reflect on the Goodness of God and how much He has moved in your life, journal, pray, rest & meditate in the word and in the presence of God, invite the Holy Spirit to intercede and lead you to where you're supposed to be and what Gods truth is and who He says you are, so you can rebuke the lies and live the abundant life God has for you (Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 29:11, Romans 8:28)

 Make the main focus and time dedicating it to the Lord and you can even do that doing those other things, bring him along, stay in his presence. That is KEY. It is so important for our walk and go to church!! It is such an important and necessity for us to do, keeping our hearts softened and our minds focused on Jesus as well, invite God in to help you truly have the desire of his will if you need help, ask He will pour, even if you don't feel like it, push yourself (kinda like the gym) a lot of it is just showing up, now I am not saying you have to be unhealthy and in this false over religious trap that you're just going to check off a box.. ( Jesus didn't die to start religion, He died so we could have a relationship with Him) 

Ask God to truly have the desires of His heart if you’re still struggling with going back & fourth something I meditate on a lot is (Romans 12:9) basically saying “Lord help me except your will, even if that means I have to let go of things my flesh likes (that could be strongholds or a burden to you) God can heal you, and He already has so just receive it, keep surrendering & giving your best & God will do the rest. (Remember nobody is ever too “far gone” God says Come as you are, but He won’t leave you that way 🩷 examples of this ( Luke 5:32, Revelation 22:17, Luke 15:11-32.)

 Be intentionally wanting to build that relationship with Jesus, the best way to do this is to stay in Gods word daily, set up a routine with dedicated quality time even if it’s like 5-10 minutes at first ( then build) I have that found journaling really helps with that & if you like to draw, you can even do that! (Actually one of my new fav hobbies 🙂‍↔️) it also is such a helpful tool & useful resource for remembering!! 

As followers of Christ we truly have all authority to cast out any lies, give our burdens to him (Psalm 55:22 & Matthew 11:28-30) and be overflowing with Gods peace that surpasses all understanding (Phil 4:7) and to receive all the promises of God and his presence, power and the life giving Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives within us and by His power we have complete & given freedom freely, The fullness and power as Children of God is no match for anything that might be something we’re facing so stay strong and know the Power that is within you has already won, and we’re already standing in victory no matter what our circumstances are like. (Romans 8:11)

(I know that doesn’t always make what we’re going through easier but when it gets really tough, remembering that can help lift some of that weight and Jesus wants to take it and be there to comfort you through this and know God will always be Good, He can never not be that is just His character; now why we go through some really rough things at times ( like one of my fav mentors Cliff says “I do not know” but what we do know is that if God brought us to it, He will bring us through it & there is nothing that will come our way that God hasn’t seen yet, He is still in control & He has joy, peace and every good amazing pure Holy thing waiting for us, even in the storm, He truly wants to give us rest.  (Psalm 34:18)

So with that, Lord have your way,  Gods name is the Hebrew translation is actually YAHWEH & it’s the sound our breath makes when we breathe in & out, like that’s so cool!  God you truly are so intentional, Your name is so fitting and haha it really does makes sense, since you are the WAY, TRUTH & LIFE.  Ahhhh mic drop moment, He knew what He was doing 🙂‍↔️🤍

It's so cool the way you work and who you are is SO everything, I completely drop to my knees. You are so dear to me Lord. Thank you for everything. 

I love you so much, thank you for never giving up on me, thank you for all your blessings and your presence in my life. 

Thank you for forgiveness and creating me brand new, I am no longer in bondage, chains or sinking in strongholds or the weight of what I can't change but you freed me, your blood cleansed me and purified me again so I am no longer the same, thank you paving the way for me to get out of the holes I was suffocating in, you are my life source, you are my sanity and firm foundation, I will continue to build on.

 (Cor 5:17, Galatians 5:1 , Isaiah 1:18)

  Pour out your Spirit as I continue to grow and remain deeply rooted in you, I plead the blood of you over my mind, will and emotions, have your way. With that I continue to seek you first, and fix my thoughts & mind (focus) on what is true, Holy & from above (Phil 4:8) also I take all my thoughts captive and make them obedient to you (2 Cor 10:5) I come against anything that is trying to exalt itself above you & I cast it out & down to the lake of fire for it to never return again, in Jesus Name, Amen.   

  So, closing out here are some notes I took from a youtube video on the podcast of Allie S, called Coffee & convos) I highly recommend it, truly it has helped me release more and realize what was actually going on & God moves through her so powerfully and it really is such a blessing to have great leaders that pour LIFE into you and guide you closer to God, thank you Jesus for her & her family and everyone else you are using in such a profound & healing way, continue to soften our hearts and help us lean on your understanding not ours.
